Relaxation Help

Had a tough day? Need to relax while at work or school? Do you have trouble falling asleep? Try one of these downloadable relaxation mp3 files. Different types of our relaxation files are available to suit your circumstances. We have versions to use at work or school, and versions that are best used at home. If you are new to relaxation and meditation techniques, spend a few minutes with our introduction download, as well as the files to introduce the idea of mantras, muscle relaxation and breathing.

While at work or school, try our 5 minute or 10 minute relaxation downloads, just the thing to prepare for the next few hours of work or study.

The longer relaxation downloads build from simple background waves to mp3 files including music and coached instruction. We've found that some people prefer just the simple sound of nature. While others find light music with waves is the way to go. And, there is a group that prefers a more active experience with waves, music and coached instruction.

There are also versions based on Qigong (pronounced "chee gung"), the ancient art of health maintenance and healing that originated several thousand years ago in China. Qigong embodies two principles: Qi, the vital energy of the body, and gong, the practice and training of the Qi. Qigong is a key component of traditional Chinese medicine, and consists primarily of meditation, relaxation, mind-body integration, and breathing exercises. As with the other relaxation downloads, you can select the level of audio involvement you like. So, get busy - and relax!
